Based on the following organic Bach Flower essences, prepared according to Dr Bach’s Original method and preserved in the finest organic Brandy :

• Hornbeam: to regain control and take the first step again.
• Wild Rose: helps to revive the attraction and the taste for the pleasures that life offers.
• Gentian: restores an optimistic vision of the world and the instinct for possibilities.
• Impatient: to help you get in tune with the other and not go too fast, when you are overwhelmed by desire.
• Larch: For those who feel diminished, incapable compared to others.
• Pine: helps to consider the feeling of shame as unjustified.
• Wild Apple: to regain self-esteem.

Recommendations for use

For occasional problems: take 4 drops several times a day, as long as the need arises.

For chronic problems or old disorders, take each day:
• Either 4 drops diluted in a glass of water or a drink, several times a day.
• Or 16 drops added to your usual bottle of water.
